Peringatan Hari Pahlawan Angkat Tema 'Perkokoh Persatuan untuk Membangun Negeri'.

 Hari Pahlawan yang jatuh 10 November kembali diperingati. Tahun ini mengangkat tema 'Perkokoh Persatuan untuk Membangun Negeri'. Dengan harapan, momentum peringatan tahun ini bisa membuat semakin bersatu padu membangun negeri.

Ketua Umum Hari Pahlawan Nasional 2017 Agus Tansil di acara Diskusi Media Forum Merdeka Barat 9 (Dismed FMB9) di Gedung Kominfo, Jakarta, Kamis (9/11/2017) mengatakan, dari latar belakang sejarah, Indonesia pernah dijajah dengan cara devide et impera (adu domba).

"Sehingga semangat persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa harus terus dijaga dan ditingkatkan. Kita tak mau lagi sejarah penjajahan dengan cara devide et impera kembali terulang,” ujar Agus dalam keterangan pers tertulisnya kepada Tribunnews, Kamis (9/11/2017).

Menurutnya, kemerdekaan yang dimiliki dan bisa dinikmati generasi penerus saat ini harus bisa diisi dengan baik.

“Meskipun harus diakui, kedaulatan belum sepenuhnya bisa dirasakan karena masih masih dirongrong oleh pihak-pihak tertentu. Kita harus berhati-hati dan terus bersatu untuk bisa menguasai kedaulatan,” katanya.

Menurut Agus, kalimat sarat filosofis di Pembukaan UUD 1945, yakni “Merdeka, Bersatu, Berdaulat, Adil dan Makmur” menjadi panduan bangsa Indonesia dalam proses perjuangan, mulai dari jaman penjajahan hingga jaman kemerdekaan, seperti saat ini.

“Perjuangan harus terus dilakukan oleh segenap bangsa ini demi mewujudkan kedaulatan sehingga tercipta tujuan akhir yang dinatikan segenap bangsa Indonesia, yakni adil dan makmur.” 

Dirjen Informasi dan Komunikasi Publik Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Rosarita Niken Widiastuti di tempat sama mengatakan, tugas generasi muda saat ini adalah memperkokoh persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa.

“Saat ini persatuan dan kesatuan kita berlangsung sangat dinamis. Salah satunya akibat banyaknya beredarnya informasi-informasi di media sosial yang berisi hasutan, pemutaran fakta, hoax, dan lainnya,” ujar Niken.
Dia menambahkan, jika kondisi yang kontra persatuan ini terus dibiarkan, bisa mengancam keutuhan berbangsa dan bernegara.
Semua elemen bangsa harus betul-betul bisa menfaatkan media sosial untuk memperkokoh persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa.
Generasi muda, menurunya, bisa meneladani para pahlawan dengan melihat rekam jejak para pahlawan sehingga menginspirasi dan memotivasi untuk lebih banyak berkiprah sehingga bisa disebut sebagai Pahlawan Masa Kini.
Misalnya, dengan mengerakan komunitasnya untuk berbuat lebih di lingkungan sosial.
“Kominfo akan menggelar ‘Heroes Movement’ untuk membangkitkan para generasi muda untuk bergerak dengan terinspirasi dan termotivasi berlandaskan semangat kepahlawanan sehingga berani berkorban untuk orang lain, orang banyak," katanya.
Acara diskusi dihadiri Menteri Sosial Khofifah Indar Parawansa, Dirjen Kebudayaan Kemendikbud Hilmar Farid dan Dirjen Informasi dan Komunikasi Publik (IKP) Kemkominfo R. Niken Widiastuti.
